Ellis Developments Group worked closely with Town staff and elected officials to create a vibrant mixed-use community that fits in seamlessly with the surrounding community. With plans featuring 200 townhouses, apartments and office/retail space, 32 Oaks will be Wendell’s premier live-work-play center.
Featuring 100 single family homes and townhouses, Compass Pointe will be located in the heart of Wendell’s growth corridor. Amenities will include a playground, dog park and expansive nature trails. Ellis Developments Group worked closely with neighbors and landowners to create a community that works in harmony with the natural features of the land, as well as the surrounding properties.
Eagle Rise is currently under construction for 172 single family homes and townhouses. With several streams, parks and greenway trails on the site, our community puts residents in the center of Wendell’s growing amenities, but with the seclusion in nature that Ellis Developments Group is known to create.
