Marin Woods, a 141 lot community with single family homes and townhomes in the rapidly growing town of Smithfield, is planned with preservation and community features in mind. Preserving more than 50 percent of the land as natural area, residents will be able to enjoy nature paths and community parks, or take a short drive to historic downtown Smithfield to visit the many nearby shops and restaurants.

The Hale-Tart subdivision in Knightdale is planned for 200+ homes surrounded by more than 50 acres of preserved streams, lakes and open space. With direct access to the Mingo Creek Greenway, residents will be able to enjoy everything the outdoors have to offer, while being a walk away from Knightdale’s dining and shopping district.

Situated in Knightdale’s rural Faison community, the Old Faison Subdivision will be the site of more than 60 homes. Ellis Developments Group carefully maintained the natural features of the property to offer ample greenscapes and opportunities for outdoor recreation.
